User Conduct
By using the Site and Services you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Davanti Arts reserves the right to reject your registration.

Refund/Cancellation
All workshops must be cancelled 24 hours in advance for a 100% refund. Any cancellations made on the day of the workshop (including no shows), will not receive any refund. However, due to certain situations and circumstances (to be approved by Davanti Photo), the workshop may be rescheduled for another date. This includes sickness, weather-related issues, and other situations that prohibit the student from attending the workshop.
Privacy Policy
Information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy. Davanti Photo is committed to protecting the privacy of its online guests, students, members, donors, customers, and friends. We do not collect personally identifiable information about individuals—such as their names and postal and/or email addresses—except when it is knowingly provided by such individuals. When You Shop Online:
